Do you need this expensive bolster? Absolutely you do!
I practice yoga several times a week but just started getting into Restorative. I did some research on bolsters and many claim the Hugger Mugger to be the best. But did I really NEED an $80 bolster? The answer is YES! It is extremely firm.(which I love!) It supports and helps stretch my very tight and sore back. Yogis looking for a firm bolster. . . spend the extra bucks for this bad boy!
