Review on 🔒 Kryptonite Kryptolok 12mm U-Lock Combo Bike Lock with Side Mount Snap-In Bracket by Mark Colbert

I bought the first lock 4 years ago. I started sticking. There was some rust. I figured it wasn't Kryptonite's fault we had a rainy winter. I bought another lock a few years ago. In less than two years I discovered that a small sliding part had fallen off. Without this small detail you will not be able to open or lock the lock. Thanks to my lucky start my bike wasn't locked when this happened. I filled out a complaint form on the Kryptonia website. I have attached an image. I received an email asking me to resend the photo so they can send me a new lock under warranty. I attached a photo and sent it to them. Again. They send me a new lock. I'm glad there's a guarantee, but overall I'm not impressed with the quality.
