Sturdy but not sharp for the Buick Enclave
Looks like a sturdy tool. I tried cutting paper but it was boring. I'm not sure if it fits the seat belt. It's strong though, I'll keep it to myself. Store it in the Buick Enclave's armrest storage compartment.
