They have helped my hands a lot. The texture is great, especially when it's hot - they don't get slippery when my hands get a little sweaty. I will order a few more packs so I don't have to take them off. It was a bit difficult for me to put them on and take them off, but I found it easier holding the hook in an old piece of fabric like a pillowcase. or so. You can actually get the leverage without hurting your hands if the hook slips. And don't pull on the end of the pillow. Gradually loosen them from both the top and bottom, otherwise they may tear. If you put them on and take them off carefully, they will last a long time.
