Review on DealerPeak CRM Center by Stephen Cernatescu

DealerPeak CRM Center has been fantastic to work with. It was easy to get setup and navigate the interface. Support staff has been extremely helpful when trying to figure out something that wasn’t obvious to us. They went above and beyond to help us resolve any issue we had with the software. We chose DealerPeak CRM because of its simple dashboard, powerful reporting, and great integration options. This is definitely the best CRM system available today! I love how it integrates into my accounting package and all the data comes over from there as soon as i log-in. I am impressed at how fast they responded to emails - they were always very timely. Their customer support is outstanding. Very patient and understanding with issues. Always willing to go through everything step by step so you know exactly where things stand. If you want an integrated solution like this, don't look anywhere else!! They are constantly updating their product offering which makes them even better than before. Definitely recommended if your looking for a quality, stable application to manage sales leads & contacts.
