Rugged, weldable for equipment

Used to install swing gates on a cargo trailer. There were a few minor issues we were able to work around: the pull handle is wider than the bolt body, so the pull handle had to be reconfigured to not be wider than the bolt body; a continuous pin that secures the latch in the stowed position protrudes laterally. It may need to be filed before the block is welded on.
