I bought this for my red ear slider. The manufacturer specifies the guaranteed service life as at least 1000 hours. I have 468. Barely lasted a month of 12 hours a day. Overall, since using a heat lamp for my little man, I've been using a 3rd bulb. I've only been using this heat lamp for 2 months. The product arrived as promised on the day of delivery and as described.
