I bought this to replace old spouts that had cracks. They fit perfectly and came with vent holes which accelerated the flow of liquid running out of my jars. I drilled holes for the vents and followed the instructions. The vents clicked perfectly into place and stopped gurgling when I added fuel. Now the flow is much faster and smoother. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the vent caps have a loose latch. I installed these vents on my glasses last summer. I've opened and closed it less than 6 times and the latch holding the lid to the vent is already broken. I just have to be careful not to lose the caps now that they're not attached.
