The most important thing for us was that it's easy to use, because we are not used by any chatbot-based applications or other similar services. We needed something simple and clear which could help our customers find their way through all of our products without difficulties. As soon as they get stuck - just press "help" button and you will be guided step-by-step until everything works properly! I think this feature would make me more confident if there were some improvements about notifications (e.g., when someone sends his/her order). It also helps with managing customer inquiries from different channels at once.
