They are U-type and should not be used with a T-type jigsaw.
Many say if you are careful you can use these U types in a T type jigsaw. My professional opinion is: do the best job with the right equipment. These are U-type and should be used with an old U-type jigsaw. A new jigsaw with a "T" locking mechanism must use T-blades. T with TU with U. U blades used with a T jigsaw often come loose creating a dangerous situation. These U-type blades will not lock properly with the T-type locking mechanism.
