Review on Kai 7250 10-Inch Pro Shears by Aleska Allen

Revainrating 3 out of 5

10 " vs 9 " scissors

I really like Kai 7230 9" scissors, they deserve more than 5 stars. I wanted slightly longer blades and settled on the 10" Kai 7250. To my dismay, I found that their blades are only a few millimeters longer and the handles are a full inch larger. Oh god I couldn't even control them. Both scissors are of excellent quality The craftsmanship is outstanding Smooth and sharp blades Light weight making it easy to cut any fabric Designers of modern scissors have the odd notion that good ergonomics means huge handles, the bigger the better. It would make more sense to sell scissors by blade size, in this case around 4" and by handle size S, M or L. If you have big hands go for it, if your hands are S/M is a 9" scissor perfect for you

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Not sure
