Great product! Highly recommended. Works very well. First level technical support. They answered me immediately. What I said in my original review is completely wrong. Its my fault. This is the first time I encounter an issue where the computer is not providing enough power through the 5 inch cable. When I used the cable that came with the burner it worked great. I used a 5 inch cable on a USB power adapter that can deliver a maximum of 2.4 amps. and it worked. If you use your own cable on your computer and it doesn't work, please use the cable that came with it or use a USB power adapter that can provide enough power.
