Excellent customer support!

This worked fine until this weekend when I was able to get power from the charger via TOTU and then to my Macbook 15. Thankfully, connecting USB C to other devices still seems to work, but it was very nice (while it worked) to leave TOTU as the only cable I needed to connect to my Macbook. Now I need to connect TOTU for peripheral communication and also use another port on my Macbook for charger Excellent customer support from TOTU, got a new USB to replace the broken one.
