Not as good as we would like. in Scanners and Accessories
The software is clunky and very slow. Using the one-touch feature is ridiculously annoying. The scanning speed is not very good. I have bought 7 other Fuji ScanSnaps and there is NO competition between them. I even asked our external IT hosting company to review Xerox - they said it was ridiculous and not really suitable for what we need it for. We scan hundreds of documents every day to archive paper documents into digital copies. The ScanSnap makes this easier than the Xerox DocuMate. I'm very tech savvy and would never buy this again and I'll return it if I print.
