Review on TRAKnet EHR Practice Solutions by Roberto Manzer

The ease of use for all levels is great. I like being able to access my records anywhere at any time. There are some minor glitches here or there but overall it works well enough. They need more integration into their products so we can do everything within one platform instead of 2 separate platforms. We've been using TrakNet since day #1 when they were acquired by GE Healthcare (formerly Medical Dynamics). My clinic has always had good support from MDX staff who help us train new employees as needed and answer questions about how things work.
