I was a bit apprehensive when I first received this welder. So small for what they claimed it would do. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how well it works. I needed a small portable device to work in the field. My portable generator can turn this on with no problem. So I can use it almost anywhere. Don't expect it to do the job of the big 220 MIG. It isn't what it is. For a small portable fixer, however, that's all. Very happy.
