The software is easy to use, it has all you need in one place which makes life easier when working with large datasets of patients.
It's not always possible to send reminders or notifications about surveys as frequently as we would like without causing issues with survey quotas being exceeded - this could be improved but I'd imagine they have other considerations too! Sometimes there are multiple similar questions within a single survey so if someone doesn't answer your question then maybe try another option? We're using medsurveys primarily to keep track of patient experience post-procedures (in particular) where their satisfaction levels can affect our overall rating score.
