Review on ACDelco GT294 Yellow Fuel Tank Cap for GM Original Equipment: A Reliable Solution by Gabe Ries

The fuel cap leak indicator light came on a couple of times and I cleaned it. A few months later it started again. It was difficult to tell at the time, but the seals on the lid were dirty and deformed. Ordering an exact replacement gas cap for my 2011 Impala. It arrived quickly in good condition and was very easy to install. Looking at the new gas cap, it was easy to see what the problem was compared to the old one. The seals deformed back into the cap and did not form an airtight seal. The new cover was put on and locked in place with just a few clicks. It was indeed a factory replacement for the 2011 Impala and was within specs.
