Everything was fine during our vacation trip to Montana, South Dakota, Seattle, Wyoming, we checked rest stops occasionally and everything looked fine until we got home when we noticed at one of our rest stops that it was is torn . It was the part facing the car. Well it had to be waterproof which was good in Seattle when we visited the national forests there it was raining and no water spilled but when we got back to our home state we drove through a car wash and some water spilled. finally expired. I'm not sure about the torn part, but water may have leaked. In general, it only lasted from the very beginning, and then everything fell apart and returned. We were only on vacation for 14 days lol. I returned it and Revain wrote my money back but strangely it didn't go to my original payment which was my CCard, just my Revain account. SMX. I would not recommend this product at all for durability and I would not buy it again. Anyway, this is just my opinion. ****Updated on June 30, 2021********** After this review, the seller contacted me and wanted to know if I would write him another review by sending him a new package free of charge. They sent it after a quick email exchange and within four to five days I received it and it arrived quickly. It was good. I checked it right out of the box, it was the perfect timing because it rained for 3 days where I lived non-stop, we had thunderstorms, lightning and sometimes heavy rain. I noticed right away that they fixed the updated front where the pocket is where I posted the photo at the beginning where it was torn. Now this part itself has been upgraded twice, it is thicker and looks more premium and durable. Also the shopping bag that came with it wasn't broken and broken because my bag the first time I got it was like that but I didn't list it in the first review because I forgot. So here is my honest opinion of this product and the tote. I feel it has retained the quality while being more solid and durable. We've traveled extensively and driven on the freeway at speeds of 70-80mph and the bag hasn't ripped at all. In terms of waterproofing, I'd say it holds up to a degree if you go out in the rain or a heavy thunderstorm, but if you go to a car wash and take it with you, it won't hold up. After our trip I took it to the car wash and somehow the water leaked, leaked in one corner and my weekend bag with my clothes got wet and so did my boots but the rest of the bag was dry. Additionally, this bag is quite durable and sturdy overall, serving its purpose on the road and in the weather. So I will rate it and upgrade it to four stars and this is my honest change of opinion for the new updated version of this product. Would recommend and probably buy again because it's holding up better now as far as durability just doesn't go through a car wash.
