The Ender 5 Pro's 200° nozzle temperature gives you all the grip you could ever want, even more if you have a glass bed (for reference, I usually run the hatchbox at 190°). I only bought one spool so I can't comment on the consistency from one to the other, but after making a few small tweaks I can't tell the difference.
