I ordered these to test out of angora yarn. I am crocheting a poncho. The size is about what I expected, quite thin. The yarn isn't as soft as anything I've read about angora. It's quite rough and scratchy and itchy on the skin. I haven't washed it yet so I hope it blooms and softens. It gets caught very easily and the individual fibers also come loose easily. Finding the right seam can be difficult. I often grab two strands instead of three, and when I later realize the mistake and try to untangle it, yarn hooks and very tight knots form. Basically, you have to be very careful when using this yarn. I might try using this in knitting as I think crochet stitches are tighter.
