UPDATE: Stamps not sufficiently heat treated. Requires resharpening after each use to remove burrs.
I quickly discovered that this product is easy to damage using the hammer method. Also, a slightly off-centre impact of the piston caused damage to the cutting edges. Since you have to align the center by eye, you can easily get off center (too much). Self-centering punches give more reliable results. UPDATE: After punching three coins (quarters) the tool goes in the bin.
