HaulSim is an invaluable tool for drilling, blasting & excavation jobs in mines around Australia. It has been very well supported by its team of engineers who are always available to answer any queries we have. The software is extremely user friendly with easy navigation options. I also like how it takes into account all safety aspects which helps us make informed decisions for our clients' projects. Sometimes there can be lag issues while using haulsim during high traffic periods or heavy rain days. This can become quite frustrating when you need your data as soon as possible. Also, sometimes we don't receive updates from other users that are within the same area but not logged onto the site so this causes some delays. If you're looking at taking over management of multiple mine sites then Haulsim will most likely fit right in. We use it daily throughout the week to complete various tasks including planning blast holes and loading explosives.
