I like how everything is connected!It has made it easy to manage our operation, both from HQ as well as out at site level in remote areas far away from anywhere that you could get cell service or WiFi!The software crashes every now and then but nothing major - maybe just an annoyance for some users? I like that Haulsim has made it easy to see what my daily haul will look like, as well as how much time is left before day end - very helpful for those with multiple drivers! It's also nice having all of your trucks in one place so you can monitor driver behavior easily (not too many tools out there that do this!). I like that it allows users to perform simulations of different scenarios for various projects, with varying inputs/materials. It has been very well supported by its team of engineers who are always available to answer any queries we have. The software is extremely user friendly with easy navigation options. I also like how it takes into account all safety aspects which helps us make informed decisions for our clients' projects. Sometimes there can be lag issues while using haulsim during high traffic periods or heavy rain
