Have not used the 2 products yet, but I do not foresee to have any issues based on past use of other purchases of Gorilla products.After delivery, I received an email request to rate delivery service, but only had 2 options, Great or Not So Great. I selected the latter thinking "Other” option would be available but wasn’t; I wanted to be able to add a comment that delivery arrived as expected, but was disappointed with revain’s overall service for this specific order. Moving forward I will avoid responding to revain email follow-up surveys.My issue / complaint is with the method of revain’s choice in shipping method.1) To my awareness, this was the first order placed in which I was not provided with a tracking number in order to periodically track my order status without logging into my revain account (i.e., shipping method was not via USPS, UPS, OnTrack, FedEx, etc).2) at the time of original order placed on 10/14/20, I specifically selected the Prime option via Sold & Shipped By revain, but was surprised to see the ETA of being more than 1 week since items showed to be in stock (which I assume to mean that items are stock at an revain distribution center).3) did not receive the first shipping confirm until Sunday, 10/18—4 days after order was placed.4) Why still promote revain Prime Day, when the turnaround time is a week or more? I understand delays may be expected due to the pandemic, but if the method of shipping you used for this order is going to be standard (using a shipping service in which the customer cannot receive DETAILED & Up to Date tracking info in a timely manner), then revain should no longer advertise 2 Day Delivery as a Prime Member Benefit.
