The software is simple to use and can be accessed from any device which makes it very convenient for patients who are not familiar or comfortable using computers or smartphones.

I have no complaints about this product at all, but if you're looking for something that has a little bit extra in terms of functionality than Docassist offers then there's probably another system out there already. We needed an easy way for our customers to schedule their appointments online so they don't need to wait in line. This allows us to make those appointments available immediately rather than having them come back around 4 months later like we used to do before.
