We are having a big pancake breakfast with a group of boatmen. We always make pancakes in a pan and buy ready-made pancake mix in a yellow bottle, it's expensive but we do it for convenience. Now I can buy box mix and drizzle it over pancakes. I wish it was a little stronger and wider to mix the dough in the cylinder. This also worked with the waffle mix, which is a little thicker. Excess batter can be stored in a container with a lid. I can't wait to try it with muffin mix, but the batter should probably be a more runny consistency. There's nothing worse than filling muffin cases and splattering the batter as you pour it into the pan. I can't wait to try this when I make pizza in December, but this dough might be too thick. The jury is out on this, I'll update my review if I use it for more recipes. The concept is great, it doesn't leak, it's easy to use and it's not hard to clean if you don't wait too long. I have concerns about its durability but now it exceeds all expectations. The price is affordable.
