Review on 🚴 M-Wave Bicycle Steering Damper in Black – Enhancing Control and Stability by Nelson Calafell

I'm definitely concerned about this after reading the reviews but it seems to work great for my CAAD13 road bike. Of course, this is not a full-fledged touring bike. There are plastic parts, but all live parts are metal. My main complaint is that it doesn't have a bike mount screw. This was an easy fix for me as my spare wheel had a bottle cage that I didn't need so I used an M5 bolt from that to attach it to the fender mount on my CAAD. They should actually include an M5 bolt as I believe most bikes will fit this size. I adjust the pipe clamp low enough to get enough tension by slightly adjusting the screw on the side of the clamp. After installation, put your bike on the rack and it will keep the front wheel straight well! I haven't driven it yet, just moved it while stationary. So for now it works for me and doesn't feel as flimsy as some reviews claim, but I'm using it again for a light road bike. Hope that helps!
