For a cheap knife it's not even bad. I use it for work. On an average day I chop 1 case of cantaloupe, 1 case of honeydew melon, 2 cases of pineapples, 120 pounds of cooked chicken breast, 50 pounds of red potatoes, 50 pounds of yellow onions, 25 pounds of red onions and 44 pounds of green peppers. It's not as good as my "real" knife, but much better than what we're being offered. The handle is comfortable and overall the knife is well balanced. After two months of intensive use, I now have to sharpen it. I run steel through them every day, but you still have to do it. It flattens the blade rather than sharpening it and makes cutting much easier. The knife holds the edge better than any other knife in this price range. Overall a good knife for the money.
