I bought a new IRIScan Book 5 WIFI and downloaded the software. I scanned a perfectly readable document into PDF and ReadIRIS converted it into Word and I had to retype almost the entire document. I was looking for support. The best I could find was filling out a form and some of the multiple choices didn't even match my purchase. I then received a message that they would look into my issue and I would get a response from them in two days, maybe longer. I arranged to give it back to Revane and look for something else.
