Customer Service at CIIHON Was a Disappointment

Being a huge car nut, I was ecstatic to discover that CIIHON had an extensive selection of car light bulbs and other illumination components for sale on their website. However, I was let down by their care to customers. To begin, their website is confusing and disorganized. The product descriptions were vague, so it took me a while to zero in on what I needed. When deciding whether or not to purchase a product, I looked to user evaluations on the internet. Second, I had a terrible experience with their customer service when I called to ask a query about a product. They didn't respond very enthusiastically to my question and gave me very little information. As a result, I felt my time and business were wasted. When I finally got my purchase, I noticed that one of the items was broken. As soon as I realized there was a problem, I called CIIHON's customer service to start the return procedure, which turned out to be very time-consuming. A replacement finally arrived after several weeks, but it was not the item I had purchased. In general, CIIHON's support staff has failed to meet my expectations. Although they carry a broad variety of items, their website is confusing and their customer service is rude. Their return policy is also cumbersome and time-consuming. Unfortunately, my time with CIIHON has left me unable to give them my endorsement.
