Absolute junk that kicked us out of the house

This product looks great but is complete junk. Materials - cheap metal and plastic. We only bought three and one broke down after about a month which we ended up replacing. Last week we put the key in and turned the knob and the inner part broke off, making it impossible for us to open the door from the outside or the inside (once we do). The little key that came with the latch should be a giant red flag. Save time and money and buy the best brand.
