I'm 5'4", 130lbs, Waist 26-27", Hips 39". It's Wed. These shorts are amazing! They're breathable and so comfortable! They have a decent stretch too.These shorts were so comfortable I didn't take them off for hours trying them on!There aren't two layers here, there is a layer of the grid I wasn't aware of but that doesn't bother at all.Normally I wear small pants but I was planning on wearing them for training so I wanted them to be a bit looser so I could have more freedom of movement.Although they do stretch a little they are leggings or very stretchy so if you planning a serious leg day and are in between sizes I would say one size up.They are amazing I want them in every color.The breathability makes them perfect for running errands even in the summer heat!
