Ordered in August 2020 2002 Chevy Avalanche Z71 5.3L Local price for a pump was a few hundred. I was very hesitant to order this based on the price and some reviews. Most of the bad reviews seem to be related to the electrics. Before installation, I checked the wiring and compared it with the existing device. The only wires that didn't fit were the wires to the pressure sensor. I don't know if this makes a difference unless I swap them out, but I ended up moving the wires to fit my existing worn device. Fits with no problems. I didn't have to use the adapter that came with it. As long as it works the way it's supposed to. My mileage is about 1700 km.
