Review on Schumacher Battery Charger and Maintainer Cable Connector - Quick-Connect Ring Terminal for Effortless Connection by Aaron Cruz

Purchased to add a trickle charger to my firman portable generator. In the item received, all wires were black with color coded ring terminals (red/black). The positive wire also had a white stripe. After reading some of the reviews here, I used a multimeter to verify that the red coded wire was connected to the insulated (pictured) pin of the connector. Everything is OK. The tips were the right size for the alternator battery posts and fitted easily. I connected the charger and everything works as advertised. Incidentally, the cable had a terminal protector, which is not shown in the Revain illustration.
