Review on 🏋️ Black Winch Cable Stopper by Rugged Ridge 15102.06 by David Olson

This small mistake prevents the hook on the end of the winch cable from hitting the fairlead when the winch is not in use. However, this is unlikely to be a cable jam. ANY winch will explode from this thing if you let it continue to pull as soon as the stopper hits the fairlead. The little bug is a bit fiddly to attach as the washers have to be put in the hole. Also, I found the bolts were too long, so I sawed them off. I think I have to say that the price seems a bit high for what you get. But now that I have it, it's installed and I gently wind the winch, it doesn't make the hook rattle on the fairlead.
