Review on 🔧 ACDelco Advantage 46D2196A Front Lower Ball Joint Assembly for Suspension Optimization by Brian Sage

I have ordered 3 in two separate orders. The first 2 are hard as I think they should be. Why is the 3rd so soft that I can easily turn it by hand? One star for poor quality control. I will contact AC Delco and update my review if necessary. Update December 9, 2014: I added two stars. I have been told by ACDelco Customer Service that ball joints have varying degrees of backlash and that they have passed quality control. I'm still a bit skeptical because the mechanic told me that the new ball joints shouldn't be so soft and easy to turn by hand. I installed them on my machine and they seem to work.
