It's definitely hard work! Worked like a champ making perfect round holes for his boards. I used this in two different ways: First, I did it in REVERSE. First walk FORWARD to cut the pilot hole, then walk BACK. Using it this way will cut the perfect hole, but it takes quite a long time. Second, I used it in the REVERSE direction to get a nice clean rounded edge first, and then stopped and ran it in the FORWARD direction. No problem! You can run this hole saw in FORWARD mode, but make sure to use LIGHT TOUCH! It cuts normally, does not bind and does not bind. I also used it in a 3/4 inch heavy duty corded drill. I wouldn't recommend this for a lightweight cordless drill as it's heavy and you need to crank it up to a decent speed to get a nice smooth cut. So, you're done! Good luck if you get one!
