It worked very well at first. But in the short time I had, the buttons stopped working other than turning it on, and the screen got so bright it was difficult to make out the numbers. I've contacted the manufacturer and will be sending it in for warranty repair, but in the meantime I don't have a scale that I have to use almost every day. So I need to find a replacement to use, it won't be a mastercool scale. My previous scale lasted about 8 years and all I did with them was change the batteries.
