Review on iSmart EHR by Kyle Kriglstein

I like that it is very customizable for each practice/doctor's office as well being able to integrate into other software packages such as Epic or Practice Fusion (EMR). It can be difficult at times when trying figure out how something works within this application but there are help forums available through their website if needed so not too much trouble once you get used to using them! The best part about ISmart was we were given access right away instead having an initial training period before becoming fully functional - no waiting around wondering what they would do next etc.- everything just happened immediately upon signing up- great customer service from Smart support team!! We have been working together since October 2016 & our doctors love both utilizing smart via mobile devices plus also seeing patient data online while doing paperwork during visits rather than printing off paper records afterwards.
