DO NOT buy for performance
If you have a 1000Mbps connection from your ISP, don't buy this. This halves the Wi-Fi speed, the wired connection shows 900 Mbps, the Google Nest Wifi shows around 450 Mbps. The Google Nest's Wi-Fi is connected to a wired connection for the return trip to cover network overhang. I contacted Google support, escalated the situation and finally they admitted they couldn't match what I got from the old Orbi I borrowed to test. It's bad to re-do all the settings now, but I'm waiting for Orbi delivery to send them back.
