I used it for my previous organization where i was working as an account manager at one point time when we were using ServiceNow solution but later got dealth over by clients due to lack of customization features available within servicenow itself so switched back into Zinertiy. With this new product came up lot more functions like ticket management, workflows etc all under 1 roof alongwith great UI/UX design. As far as price aspect is concerned there are some minor differences between them both regarding pricing structure however overall they have very similar functionality from front end perspective therefore no issues really!
