Best Ticket Management / Service Desks Software

The best part of zinergyserviceDesk was its simplicity in managing tickets from my end as well at client side too! I love it for all features which are available including ticket creation etc., It has almost everything one needs even though there might not always have been an option or feature like this but surely will come up soon enough if we need them so no point mentioning about such things now :) Nothing much dislikeable thing i could say here except maybe some UI changes would make life…

A perfect Solution with awesome User experience

The best part of zinergyserviceDeskis its customizability in terms offeatures which suits your needs perfectly without compromising upon ease-of-use or performance. I used it for my previous organization where i was working as an account manager at one point time when we were using ServiceNow solution but later got dealth over by clients due to lack of customization features available within servicenow itself so switched back into Zinertiy. With this new product came up lot more functions…

  • It offers easy access controlto users across hierarchy levels via single signon authentication mechanism thus providing seamless user loginsince inception through multiple devices including mobile phonesetc

  • Some little things
