Bought for my son (13 years old, 8th grade). He had already made candles, but he needed this jar, and for a few dollars more there were smaller molds, a thermometer, and a few other items that he also used. Nice set at a good price. Just note that you still need to place the pitcher in another pot of water. Do not place the pitcher alone on the stove.
