A good deal all round.

I'm deducting a star because the "guest" button is a bit misleading. Yes, you can change the locks to use this key, but it doesn't work without intervention. (If you recode the lock to use a guest key, your normal key will not work). For anyone asking, you can recode the lock without the original key, but you'll have to take the whole thing apart and do it manually. It took me about 30 minutes to understand it. All said and done, I got 4 good keys, 2 spare keys and a $10 reset tool so I saved a ton of money on a doorknob replacement.
