Review on 🏍️ Premium Lock N Load BK1000 Deluxe Motorcycle Wheel Chock: Quick-Release Ratchet & D-Ring System, Orange/Black by Omar Alradwan

I think the product would work great if they sent me the screws listed in the box inventory. Except I only got 10 copies of the same carriage bolts to attach to the main bracket. This left me with only 2 D-rings on the ratchet strap, even though each had 4 D-ring holes. I had to use long carriage bolts that didn't match the required bolts in the instructions for connecting the chock assembly, and the bolts to attach the chock to the bracket were completely missing. I had to improvise completely. I want to keep the item, but my only options are a refund or a replacement. Please send me the correct screws.
