ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They show two 'support' buttons... one for 'chat' and one for 'phone', but neither gives a response from anyone, even if you try in the middle of the workday. So I have no choice but to return the product. What a waste of time. The product will NOT eject the disc if it is "unsupported" no matter what you do (even all the suggestions in the "Help" section. How do you know it's not supported unless you try it?My other external DVD drive turns on at least let me eject a disc that is not supported.
