Review on 🚀 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L 2003-2007 Blue Aluminum Fuel Filter Cap with Pressure Port - Cosmoska by Tommy Abreu

Okay so I wanted to check the fuel pressure in my 6.0 and preferably with a tap from the fuel filter housing so I stumbled upon it and decided to give it a try. Well the first problem was O. The ring that comes with it is too thick and just rolls out when you try to use it. I ended up using the new o-ring that comes with the Motorcraft fuel filter kit that I also purchased. This o-ring was the right size and worked great. I then decided to fit the supplied fuel pressure tap into the top of the filter housing. I hooked up a fuel gauge and it showed 62psi and yes I installed a blue spring kit so the pressure is higher. pressure tap. I found that the valve was never fully tightened when reassembling. Luckily all I had to do was tighten it properly and the leak was gone. Well, after those 2 small issues it's now working great with no issues so overall I'm happy with it and will be using it again.
