Silicone spray lube
I did two 9' doors with this roll. First door I did myself and it took 45 minutes. The second one I had a helper pull as I pushed and guided it in the track, and it only took 15 minutes. Silicone lube is a must.
- Does not look as if it will flatting in a month or two.
- May not be compatible with certain garage door openers
