I was trying to make my Northstar powered Cadillac audible (they did a good job of muting the sound - the only way you know that you're driving fast is when you see tire tracks in your rear-view mirror and shrinking objects). However, I didn't want to be the guy on the street annoyingly announcing his arrival and departure. So I wanted a cool sounding, sporty exhaust note, and that's exactly what these Delta 50s deliver. They have a delta chamber that cancels out most of the resonance. They were noticeably louder in my Eldorado Touring Coupé than in my Deville DHS, probably due to the better soundproofing in this sedan. Yes, I bought two sets of 2 and recommend them. For those who want more sound, choose Delta 40 and even more? Delta 44s. By the way, I also had to remove the resonator. I might choose Delta 40s if I could do it again on Deville.
